Once again, the privilege to park at North High will continue to be tied to student daily attendance.

In order to maintain a parking pass, student attendance must stay at 90% or above. 

Attendance will be reviewed at the end of each quarter.  Students who have an attendance rate below 90% will be placed on probation.  Students with an attendance rate below 85% will lose their privilege to park.  Absences due to serious illness or extreme circumstances may be appealed through Mr. Olearnick’s office and the building attendance committee.

Parents will need to fill out the Online Parking Application located in the new FOCUS parent portal.

In order to complete the application, you must...

• Answer all required questions

• Upload an up-to-date Driver’s License (driving permits will be denied)

• Upload an up-to-date proof of insurance

Payments can be made by check or cash when the student comes in the pick their spot. A year-long permit for North High is $50.00. The O’Fallon Elks charge $10 per month or $80 for a full year.  Students will be offered Elks permits once the North High lot is full.

ALL sophomores will park at the Elks lodge. 

Please make checks payable to FZN if you receive a spot on the North High Lot. If you acquire an Elks Lodge spot, please make checks payable to the Elks Lodge. Students will be able to pick out their own parking spots this year on the following dates.

Seniors pick their spots from 7/29-8/1, 2024.

Juniors pick their spots from 8/5-8/8, 2024.

Parking hours are from 8am-2pm.

Parking selection will be set up in the 600 hall, room 602. Please enter through the 600 hall exterior doors and form a line near room 602. Please do not wander the building due to the construction and the preparation for the upcoming school year. If you come in after August 8th to get a parking spot, please call first to find out where to go.
