As soon as you know your child will be absent or arriving late, please call the attendance office at 636-542-7011.  If you reach the answering machine, please leave your name, your child’s name, the date of your child’s absence and the reason for the absence. The attendance office voicemail accepts your phone calls 24 hours a day. 

If you do not notify the attendance office to let the school know about your child’s absence or late arrival, you will receive a call from our Attendance Secretary or Clerk asking for your verification.

Per District Policy- A student absence must be verified within a 48 hr. period beginning the day of the absence. If an absence is not verified within that time frame, a student will receive a warning for the first violation. Subsequent violations will be treated as a truancy.

If an emergency arises where you unexpectedly must sign your child out of school, please contact the attendance office directly either in person or by phone at 636-542-7011. Once you arrive at the school please report to the attendance office with proper Identification to sign out your child.
