We want to share an opportunity for all our current and returning athletes, dancers, cheerleaders, and MSHSAA (Marching Band) activity participants. Please see details below regarding our annual sports/activity physical day at North High. It's quick, it's easy, it's affordable, and Dr. North (yes, that's his real name!) donates a portion of the proceeds back to our activities department!
When: Friday, July 24th, 2026
Where: Fort Zumwalt North Clinic
Time: 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Cost: $20 - Checks (made payable to Fort Zumwalt North) or Cash (preferred)
What is Needed: MSHSAA Physical Form filled out and ready for Dr. North's team. Student athletes MUST have a parent or guardian's signature to proceed. Sports Physicals will not be conducted without a signature. Please try to have as much filled out in advance as you can.

Once our signups are complete, we will email a tentative schedule based on how many kids are signed up to participate. More information will come as we get closer to Friday, July 24th.
What should you do with your physical when it is completed? You will hold onto your physical and upload it during the athletic and activity registration period over the summer. All participants MUST have a physical on file in order to practice / tryout on the first day of their activity.
